About 2 years ago you helped us design and plan a sunroom. I wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoy the room. But even more than that, I wanted to thank you and Betterliving for the pleasant experience we had in dealing with your company.

All that you told us would happen actually did. There was thorough follow up and everything flowed in an organized, informative manner. If there was a delay in the installation date, we received advanced notice and were advised as to a rescheduling date.

I applaud Betterliving for the way in which they handled the situation. They could have walked away and left us as unsatisfied customers. Instead they exceeded our expectations by not only fixing the problem, but by doing it in such a professional manner.

Sitting out there in the Sunroom at any time of the day or night is a quiet, peaceful, contented time for all of us, even the dog enjoys being there.

Dear Willi,

We are thoroughly enjoying the addition to our house. I use it to play the piano in, for exercise and to watch the world go by. Robin is thrilled because she has a larger kitchen. The grandchildren think it is their new playroom.

Despite the problems with the Association and their special requirements we love the look from the outside – it looks like it has always been there – and of course the inside is as airy and pleasant as can be. I am very glad we decided to do a glass wing as it really adds much light to this two-sided sunroom.

Your installers were great and were quite willing to do all the little extras required. And, as you know, we made changes as we went along, such as completely opening the kitchen wall, shingling the roof, etc. This really shows the difference between having a hired crew vs. the Betterliving approach to using only employees.

Your services, Willi, were very much appreciated, during the purchase process, the building and even thereafter. I hope the referrals I gave you will become your customers as well.

If someone wants to call us or stop by to see the room they are welcome to do so. They can drive-by any time and we will make ourselves available to let them see the inside.

As you know, Carmelina and I are really enjoying our sunroom from Betterliving.....we're practically living in the room for at least three of the four seasons and "ignoring" the rest of the house. We have heat/AC, a TV, dining table and complete set-up for food and drink right in the room....we're sorry we didn't make the room larger.........if Betterliving would like to re-configure the room for publicity purposes, we'd make for great advertising and publicity for the company.....Anyway, I know I'm be a bit presumptuous, but what do I have to lose by asking....

We're thrilled that we have the extra room and anytime guests or family come over, they are impressed with the workmanship and design of the space. I'd be glad to talk to any perspective customer on behalf of Betterliving.
